New study program at the Rafael Orozco: sonology

Yesterday, we had the enormous pleasure of receiving at the Conservatory Rafael Orozco to the Counsellor of Education of Junta de Andalucía, Patricia del Pozo. The aim of her visit was to present the new study program in Sonology, which will be implemented in the next course 2024-25. This, indeed, was an historical moment for educational life in Andalucía. After four years of fighting, finally we achieved it!

As a kind of showreel, several pieces of different genres were presented during the session. I had the opportunity to present and explain the whereabouts of my piece S A H, a seven-channel electronic music piece with visualizations composed in 2012 inspired by the building design of Bodegas Portia, a Spanish winery in the Rioja Alavesa.
